This razor has teeth to work through heavy beards. It creates an extremely close shave for the man with a heavy beard. Merkur's safety razor has a long handle resembling the look of a barber pole. The swirls provide a firm grip. The core of the handle is made of solid brass which provides weight to the razor. The head has an open teeth edge with a polished chrome finish and is 4" long. It includes one blade. Made in Solingen Germany.
